Rosburne Consultants Limited was formed in 1996 by Stephen McCormick.  Since then it has provided Project Design and Construction Engineering Management services on many railway schemes for the following clients:

Stephen McCormick has 20 years experience in Construction and Civil Engineering.  Stephen is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and graduated from Liverpool Polytechnic with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.

Before forming Rosburne Consultants Limited, Stephen had design office and site experience with Parkman Consulting, Sir Alexander Gibb and Partners, Building Design Partnership and British Rail.

Rosburne Consultants Limited specializes in providing civil and structural engineering management expertise for railway projects from feasibility, through detailed design and construction to handover / handback.
